See the ponies make their way from the north corral to the south corral along the beach.

Pony Swim Day

Between 7:00am and 1:00pm (Approx.)

Ponies swim the Assateague Channel at Chincoteague Memorial Park. After a brief rest, ponies are herded to Carnival Grounds.

Auction Day

Thursday, July 26, 2012
8:00am to 12:00pm

Auction of Ponies (yearlings or younger) owned by the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Co.

Swim Back

Friday, July 27, 2012
Time to be announced.

Ponies return to Assateague Island.
